Completing Admission Requirements

  • Fill out the Application Indicating your Program of Interest and Tell us a Bit about Yourself. 

  • We will contact you with a follow up and help you to Complete the Registration Process if Accepted. 

  • Contact your school office for possible financial aid and credit transfer process.

  • Reply to our Email with any Questions that arise.


Fee & Scholarship

  • You can apply your Financial Aid to our programs, in most cases. The first step is typically to ask your Financial Aid office what their specific process is.

  • Next, Keep us updated on the process so we can ensure it runs smoothly.

  • Ask us about our Need and Merit Based Scholarships to apply and see if you qualify.


Visa & Travel Arrangements

  • Visas are not needed for U.S. or Canadian Citizens for these Semesters. Other Nationalities please check with your Embassy for Visa Requirements.

  • For best rates, reserve your flight early! If confused, ask us for help!

  • Once in the country, our staff will help you as requested with extracurricular travel during the semester.



Payment Information and Procedure

  • Select your program and Fill out our Application form.

  • Try to Include as much information as Possible. We are looking for students who are eager to Study Abroad and Open to New Experiences rather than just looking at a GPA.

  • Once we contact you with an Admission Letter, Read Through the Introductory Materials and Contact us with any Follow Up Questions you Have.

  • Make the Initial Program Deposit to Secure your Spot in Student Housing and Classes

Refund Policy
The program deposit is non-refundable. Students who withdrawal before 3 months (90 days) prior to the start of their program will receive a 100% refund of tuition. Students who withdrawal within 2 month (60 days) prior to the start of their program will receive a 50% refund of tuition. Withdrawal within 1 month (30 days) of the program start date will result in a 25% refund of tuition. No refund will be issued it withdrawal occurs within 14 days of the start of the program. Written notice must be given to Edu-Odyssey of a students withdrawal. It may take a few weeks to process your refund.
